MSC Annual Family Reunion
The Midsouth holds its annual Family Reunion Meeting each spring—a meaningful time to fellowship with friends from across the conference and celebrate our shared mission. We always cherish the opportunity to connect, worship, and conduct the work of the conference together. As we gather in friendship and purpose, we give thanks for what God has done for His glory in and through the Midsouth Conference over the past year.

Reunion Reservations
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved @ Town and Country Inn at Metairie
Room Block Name: Midsouth Conference of the ECC
Group Dates: April 30, 2026 - May 2, 2026
Cutoff Date: March 30, 2026 (please make reservations before this date)
Discounted Group Rate: $139 + 14.75% tax per room, per night
Cancellation Policy: 14 days in advance; first night room & tax deposit charged on 3/30/26
Group Billing: guests are responsible for all personal charges
Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM
